Sam's Hot Pepper Sauce is the result of a lifelong love for hot sauce and a dedication to sustainability. Our Chef's passion for hot peppers began in his childhood in Cali, Colombia, where he learned from his father to forage fruits, peppers, herbs, and mushrooms. Experienced in international cuisine, and fusion of flavors. Inspired by his families love for hot peppers, and passion for food. We strive to create unique and delicious products using locally sourced ingredients.
